PILATES FUSION CENTER POLICIES:

New Students
If you are a new student to the Pilates Fusion Center, please complete the following three documents before coming to class:

1) Student Information Form

2) Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement

3) The Policy Statement

Cancellation
If you must cancel an appointment, we request that you cancel as far in advance as possible so that your space may be used by another student. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments for any reason will be billed at the full fee. If you have a standing appointment, inconsistent attendance will result in the loss of that time slot regardless of 24 hour notice.

If the studio is closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, there will be an announcement on the Pilates Fusion Center's voicemail system two hours or more before the class is scheduled to begin. We will be open on most holidays unless specifically announced.

The Pilates Fusion Center, L.L.C., reserves the right to cancel classes when they are minimally attended. Notification will be given and students will be entitled to a pro-rated refund.

Late Arrival
All classes are 50 minutes in length from the scheduled appointment time. Since the Pilates Fusion Center schedules appointments back-to-back, if you are late you will be charged for the entire class and will receive the remainder of your lesson only. We will do everything possible to accommodate you, but please understand that your class time cannot be extended.

10 Class Packages expire within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds
Unused balances of 10 class packages can be refunded or transferred before the 90-day expiration date. The used portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded. Membership packages may be transferred, but they will not be refunded unless the classes are cancelled by the Pilates Fusion Center, L.L.C.
